5 Simple Ways to Slow Down this Summer in Tulsa
Summer is a special time of year. Barbecues, pool parties, farmer’s markets and enjoying the outdoors along with friends and family.

One of my favorite parts of summer is planting flowers. I love nature and the energy I get from watching something grow. Whether you live in a house or an apartment, you can have flowers. Nothing brightens a mood like coming home and seeing a beautiful basket of flowers waiting for you.
3. Get a Pedicure

Have a picnic, even if it is just in your own backyard. Just eating outdoors is one way to enjoy your food more because you tend to slow down and observe the beauty of nature around you.
