However, throughout the ages, most cultures found numerous benefits of using steam and heat for therapeutic purposes, such as relief from muscle tension and stiff joints, boosting the immune system, lymph detoxification, blood circulation improvement, sinus congestion relief and many more. Modern research has proven that people who use steam rooms and saunas on a regular basis are healthier overall. Most people who use Turkish steam and Sauna simply feel younger… much younger!

Our pricing:

All SPA LUX guests may enjoy complimentary use of the steam rooms and saunas with any spa treatment valued at $75 or more. Guests who wish to enjoy the benefits of steam rooms and saunas without taking advantage of SPA LUX treatments, may make reservations for their use alone. Such visits can be booked Monday through Thursday only. Steam room and sauna use is only $45 per hour. Using steam rooms and saunas longer than 1 hour prior to any services and/or 1 hour after services are over will result in an hourly usage charge payable at the time of checkout. 

PLEASE NOTE: If you have a history of high or low blood pressure problems, heart conditions or you are pregnant, please consult your physician prior to use of steam room, sauna or hydro-tub.

    I love this day spa. The environment is as relaxing as the massage. The sauna and steam room are included for all services. I usually arrive an 30 - 45 mins early so I can use them. I’ve recommended it to several friends in Oklahoma and they are all thankful.

    Update: Just went back after some time. Still Tulsa’s best day spa. I highly recommend the body scrubs, why has it taken me this long to discover how amazing this service is?
