This package includes a 55-minute Muscle Meltdown Massage, 30-minute Reflexology, a 30-minute Full Body Scrub, and a 30-minute Facial.

A Muscle Meltdown Massage helps warm up up the muscles by making them softer, more loosened, and therefore more susceptible to therapeutic treatment. Combined with a deeper form of a Swedish Massage and heat, this service can reduce muscle pain.
